When will I receive my order?
For in-stock items, your order will be carefully packaged and usually can be shipped around 2-4 business days after payment received(We need to transfer items from our ware house to the international shipping center which gonna take around 2 days). To reduce the cost, all item will be shipped from China via the latest and greatest international shipping service with the most economic and quick chosen of China Post/EMS/DHL/ePacket etc. Shipping time varies based on your country and the shipping method you chose.
What should I do when my item has been damaged during shipping.
Do NOT open the case. Conact us and we will apply the replacement parts and send you with next order (It may take 1-3 weeks to get the repalcement parts from the factory).
